Body of the estimation of accordance

 

By the Order of Derzhspozhivstandart of Ukraine from 10.07.2009 № 244 SOE «Krivbasstandartmetrology» appointed by body of the estimation of accordance of products, processes and services (certificate № UA.TR.016) to the requirements of 6 technical regulations of nomenclature of Ministry of industrial policy of Ukraine and State Committee of Health and Safety at Work of Ukraine:

- technical regulation of facilities of individual defence;
- technical regulation of devices which work on a gaseous fuel;
- technical regulation of safety of low-voltage equipment;
- technical regulation of the maximally settled consumption of electric power by refrigeration devices;
- technical regulation of safety of toys;
- technical regulation of waterheating caldrons which work on a liquid or gaseous fuel.

Accordingly the set requirements by technical regulations a producer or his representative can confirm, after the proper module, accordance of products, processes and services by registration of declaration which is registered in the appointed body from the estimation of accordance on the basis of certain list of documents.
Before introduction in an action of technical regulations to obligatory application, it is possible to confirm accordance of products, processes and services voluntarily.
