Body of certification of system management

SOE «Krivbasstandartmetrology» is appointed Body of certification of system management (BS) in System of certification UkrSEPRO by the order of Derzhspozhivstandart of Ukraine from 01.04.2008 №103 on implementation of works from a certification:

- quality management systems (certificate of setting № UA.MQ.040);
- environmental management systems (certificate of setting № UA.MQ.040);
- occupational health and safety management systems(certificate of setting №UA.SO.040);
- food safety management systems (certificate of setting №UA.MQ.040).

For the leadthrough of procedure of certification to BS SOE «Krivbasstandartmetrology» it is necessary to give a request with the certain package of documents.

The cost of works for the certifications of management system enterprises is determined in accordance with the norms of labour intensiveness of works of SOE «Krivbasstandartmetrology», that developed according to Order of Derzhstandart ofUkraine from March, 10 of 1999 №100 „Governed determination of cost of works from the certification of products and services”, and also according to the calculation of cost of a 1 m/hr of services of department of certification of management system.
Norms of labour intensiveness of works for the certifications of management system on accordance to  DSTU ISO 9001, DSTU ISO 14001, DSTU OHSAS 18001.
Norms of labour intensiveness of works for the certifications of food safety management systems on accordance of DSTU 4161.
Calculation of cost of a 1 m/hr of services of department of certification of management system: The cost of a 1 m/hr of services of department of certification of management system in 2009 year makes 35,33 hrn.

During procedure of certification the personnel of BS follows Statute of BS and internal instructions in relation to verification and estimation of management system.
